HOME NURSING VS HOME SERVICES

Medical services of direct care. Non-clinical Services.

One might think that Home Nursing and Home Services are alike. But they are very different services. With AMS, Home Nursing professionals provide medical services of direct care such as Catheter care, wounds/ostomy care, medication teaching, and administration from physicians, and are covered by Medicare or many private insurances. While AMS provides home nursing services that are non-clinical such as medication reminders, companionship, meal prep, supervising or assisting that are mostly paid out of pocket.
